Summer Reading: Explore and Soar 2015!

Thank you to Mary Frueh ("Ms. Mary"), the children's librarian from the Northtown Branch Public Library, for coming and telling us all about the exciting summer reading program!  This year's out-of-this-world theme is "Explore and Soar," and as usual, there are all sorts of great incentives...the best reward being the chance to choose books we love and read them all summer long!  Take the summer reading challenge or visit the website for links to outer space jokes, a cyber-visit to the Adler Planetarium and so much more! Sign-up begins June 8th, and as always, the program is absolutely free!

Additionally, check out our summer reading recommendations, Ms. Esme's private book review website and Ms. Esme's favorite website for the latest and greatest, KidsReads.com.

And a big congratulations to all the students who got their FIRST PUBLIC LIBRARY CARD through our partnership!  Way to go, as being a card-carrying library lover is one of the best parts of being a Stone family member.  Excited much?
